Description
This tool from Outlaw is a 3-in-1 tip tool as well as a joint protector set.  As the primary focus of the Outlaw brand is the old west, it makes sense that this tool comes in the style of a very large bullet.

Pros
It features the three primary tools you need to groom your tip – a nickel radius shaper, a tip scuffer and a Tip Pik style tip aerator.  As an added side bonus, the tool also functions as a set of joint protectors (assuming you buy the style that fits your particular pool cue).

Cons
The biggest downside for this tool is the joint protector aspect of it.  Due to the length of the tip tool, the joint protectors can add 1-2 inches to the length of your pool cue when inserting it into your pool cue case.  This is extremely problematic for cue cases that don’t have extra long tubes.
